1. Introduction

Prime Xplay is a digital platform that facilitates the sale of in-game credits, virtual currency (e.g., Free Fire Diamonds), memberships, and "Evo" access for online video games.
3.1. Role of Prime Xplay We act as a platform to connect users with digital product inventory. While we ensure the delivery of your purchase, Prime Xplay is not the developer of the games (such as Garena Free Fire) and does not own the intellectual property rights to the games or the virtual items sold.
3.2. Sourcing and Delivery To ensure prompt delivery and competitive pricing, our services may utilize a complex network of authorized global distribution channels, API integrations, and third-party digital fulfillment providers. Product availability and delivery speeds may occasionally be subject to the operational status of these external networks.
4. Account and User Conduct
While you may not be required to create an account to make a purchase, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information (such as Player ID, User ID, or Email) during the transaction process.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
Use the Site for any illegal purpose or to facilitate any illegal activity.
Attempt to defraud the system using stolen payment details.
Provide incorrect Player IDs (we are not responsible for diamonds sent to the wrong account due to user error).
5. Pricing and Payments
5.1. Accepted Payment Methods We accept payments via the following methods:

5.2. Pricing All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
5.3. Payment Processing Orders will only be processed once full payment has been confirmed by our system. For manual payment methods (like Send Money), you must provide the correct Transaction ID (TrxID).
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please read this section carefully.
6.1. NO REFUNDS Due to the nature of digital goods (virtual currency, game codes, and direct top-ups), ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once payment is completed and the order is processed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances.
This policy applies even if you have provided the wrong Player ID or User ID. Once the digital assets are sent, they cannot be retrieved or reversed.
6.2. Exceptions The only exception to this policy is if we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability or a technical failure on our end that persists for more than 48 hours. In such a case, a refund may be processed at our sole discretion to the original payment method.
7. Delivery
We aim to deliver all top-ups and digital products instantly or within minutes of payment confirmation. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:
Server maintenance by the game developer.
Delays within our upstream digital distribution networks.
Verification of suspicious transactions.
Prime Xplay is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a delay in delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Prime Xplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
We are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or restrictions placed on your game account by the game developer (e.g., Garena) resulting from your purchase or use of in-game items.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction in dispute.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site or refuse service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Violation of these Terms.
Suspicion of fraudulent payment activity.
Abuse of our support staff or platform.
10. User Content and Copyright
Users are not permitted to post comments, upload media, or sell items on Prime Xplay. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Prime Xplay or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh.
