Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Prime Xplay (primexplay.com). By making a purchase on our site, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Goods and Services
Prime Xplay specializes in the sale of digital products, including but not limited to:
In-game currency (Free Fire Diamonds).
Game memberships and subscriptions.
"Evo" access and other virtual game assets.
Due to the nature of digital goods, which are instantly delivered and/or irrevocably applied to a user account, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
2. General Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final. Once a transaction has been completed and the digital product has been delivered or the top-up has been processed to the provided Player ID/User ID, it cannot be reversed. Therefore, no refunds will be issued.
This policy applies to:
Change of Mind: We do not refund if you simply decided you no longer want the item.
Accidental Purchase: We do not refund purchases made by mistake or by minors without parental consent (as per our Terms, users must be 18+).
Wrong Player Data: We are not responsible if you enter the wrong Player ID, User ID, or Server ID. If the diamonds are sent to the wrong account due to your error, we cannot retrieve them and cannot issue a refund.
3. Exceptions (When Refunds May Be Issued)
While our general policy is strictly "no refunds," we may consider a refund request under the following specific circumstances at our sole discretion:
Product Out of Stock: If you have paid for an item that is currently out of stock and we are unable to restock it within 48 hours.
Non-Delivery: If a technical error on our side or within our distribution network prevents the delivery of the product, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48-72 hours).
Note: Delays caused by the game publisher (e.g., Garena server maintenance) are not grounds for a refund unless the maintenance persists indefinitely.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved by Prime Xplay administration:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).
Refunds may take 3-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on the processing time of the mobile banking provider or bank.
We do not cover any transaction fees deducted by the payment processor during the refund process.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Any customer who initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider (bKash/Nagad) for a validly delivered digital product will be permanently banned from using Prime Xplay. We reserve the right to report such activities to relevant local authorities and share transaction evidence to contest the dispute.
